Role Title: Field Sales Executive

Role Summary:

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business by promoting NFC Cards, QR solutions, and Mini Website services to professionals, retailers, clinics, and businesses through direct field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits in assigned territory/cluster
• Pitch NFC cards, QR solutions, and digital business profiles
• Close sales and achieve daily/monthly targets
• Generate referrals from existing customers
• Maintain daily activity reports via WhatsApp/CRM
• Collect basic client information for setup process
• Support bulk opportunities (clinics, restaurants, offices)

Daily Activity Expectations:

• 20–30 meetings per day
• 2–3 closures per day (average)
• Follow-up on leads provided by company

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 0–3 years experience in field sales
• Freshers with good communication can apply
• Comfortable with outdoor travel
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Basic smartphone usage skills

Compensation Structure:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000
• Allowance: ₹2,000
• Incentives: Performance-based (unlimited earning potential)
