Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and execute ROI-driven paid media strategies aligned with client and company goals.

    • Identify target audiences, keywords, creatives, and budget allocation for campaigns.

  • Campaign Management

    • Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.

    • Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to improve performance.

    • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum ROI.

  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Track, analyze, and report key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.) to management and clients.

    • Use Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools to assess campaign performance.

  • Collaboration & Innovation

    • Work closely with the design and content team for ad creatives.

    • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and emerging digital advertising trends.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).

  • 3+ years of proven experience managing paid campaigns across major platforms.

  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and remarketing strategies.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.

  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in e-commerce advertising and performance marketing.

  • Knowledge of SEO basics to complement paid strategies.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.

  • Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint.
