Job Title: Paid Ads Manager Location: Pune - On-site Company: Creative Crows Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Planning Develop and execute ROI-driven paid media strategies aligned with client and company goals. Identify target audiences, keywords, creatives, and budget allocation for campaigns. Campaign Management Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms. Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to improve performance. Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum ROI. Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.) to management and clients. Use Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools to assess campaign performance. Collaboration & Innovation Work closely with the design and content team for ad creatives. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and emerging digital advertising trends. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience). 3+ years of proven experience managing paid campaigns across major platforms. Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and remarketing strategies. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously. Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Strong communication and presentation skills. Preferred Skills Experience in e-commerce advertising and performance marketing. Knowledge of SEO basics to complement paid strategies.
