  2. check the inbox limit
  3. check the other folder for redirect email
  1. Username: Your full email address  

  2. Password: Your email account password


  3. Check your internet connection.
  4. Ensure that your email account is not over quota.
  5. Update Outlook to the latest version.
  6. Verify email server settings (incoming and outgoing)
  7. check smtp server.
  8. check the port number.
  9. Default Email Server Settings in Outlook:

    • Incoming (IMAP):

      • Server: mail.yourdomain.com
      • Port: 143 (or 993 for SSL/TLS)
    • Incoming (POP3):

      • Server: mail.yourdomain.com
      • Port: 110 (or 995 for SSL/TLS)
    • Outgoing (SMTP):

      • Server: mail.yourdomain.com
      • Port: 25, 587 (with STARTTLS), or 465 (with SSL/TLS)
  10. and check the settings properly IMAP and POP.
  11. Confirm that you are using the correct password
  12. Confirm the validity of the email server's SSL certificate.
